First launched by DSQ in 2021 to improve our community’s wellbeing, promote socialisation and a healthy lifestyle, our Wellness & Fitness Programme includes:
- Pilates & Barre Fusion classes run by certified instructor Tara Riley, taking place every Wednesday from 12noon to 1pm;
- Fitness Bootcamp sessions run by certified instructors James Sweeney, Lee Bell and Glynn Roberts of EBC, taking place every Wednesday from 5.30pm to 6.30pm;
- Lunchtime Yoga classes run by certified instructor Elina Kivikosky, taking place every Thursday from 12 noon to 1pm;
- Lunchtime Social Singing Sessions conducted by vocal coach, teacher, and professional soprano Jessica Norton of Music in Offices ; the sessions can be joined by everyone, and no singing experience is required.
