Devonshire Square is a five-acre (mainly freehold) office campus in a prime position near Liverpool Street station, the main transport hub in the City of London. It’s made up of 12 diverse buildings, totalling over 600,000 sq ft. Currently, there are 18 bars, restaurants and shops on site, all strong brands that complement each other to make Devonshire Square a very popular destination to eat, drink, shop and take time out. Our retailers play an active role in the Devonshire Square community. We work closely with them to promote the place as a retail destination, and to raise awareness in the City.
Devonshire Square is the result of a clear vision to develop a unique multi-use campus property in the City of London. We’ve added over 35,000 sq ft of retail space and refocused our service ethos to help us become a go-to retail destination. And of course, we continue to deliver exceptional service to our residents and office occupiers. The original East India warehouses along New Street (now known as Bengal Wing and the Tapestry Building) have been opened up on the ground floor for retail use, incorporating the various courtyards and New Street.
The Tapestry Building offers modern residential units from the first floor up. This is high-end contemporary warehouse living, but it still manages to celebrate the long history of the buildings. We also have two townhouses in Devonshire Square containing top-end City apartments for single and multi use.

Front Desk is a one-stop shop for everything Devonshire Square. Similar to a hotel concierge service, you can book a discounted hotel room, reserve tickets for events, sort out office maintenance, or rent a cycle bay.
We provide 24-hour security, 365 days a year. Your safety is hugely important, and we continually review security measures to make sure you can go about your day happily and peacefully.
We work with the restaurants and bars on site to bring you lots of extras and discounts. Goodies that only the Devonshire Square community are entitled to.
