'Christmas Piano Special' by Karim Kamar & Friends

12th DEC

On Tuesday 12th December, from 5pm to 6.20pm, Devonshire Square will be hosting in its historical Western Courtyard ‘Christmas Piano Special’, an engaging music performance by sensational neoclassical pianist and composer Karim Kamar and friends.

Karim Kamar is an exceptionally talented pianist from London who has more than 1 million followers across his social media, and has performed at London’s most prestigious venues, including Ronnie Scott’s and the Royal Albert Hall. Karim has released various albums and has a monthly poetry and music residency, Out-Spoken, at the Southbank.

The artist will be treating the audience to an exciting repertoire that will include a mix of classic and traditional Christmas pieces, as well as original neoclassical compositions.

To celebrate the festive event, attendees will be offered a complimentary ginger toffee pudding, a delightful confectionary delicacy created for the occasion by Cinnamon Kitchen’s executive chef Raju Ramachandran, following celebrity chef Vivek Singh’s signature recipe, which combines the flavours of one of the best British classic puddings with the velvety notes of the Indian spices. The desserts will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.

The event is part of Devonshire Square’s ‘Art for Love’ Winter Festival, a two-weeks’ programme of FREE to attend, world-class artistic performances, organised by the Devonshire Square Community and Events Management, with the aim or raising awareness of The Connection Homeless, and encourage online donations in aid of the charity.

The event is open to everyone and it is FREE to attend, however, registration via the dedicated Eventbrite page, available here, is required. Attendees are warmly invited to make a discretional donation in aid of The Connection Homeless, through the charity’s official website: www.connection-at-stmartins.org.uk .

We would like to thank you all for joining Devonshire Square and Karim Kamar in supporting The Connection Homeless charity.
