Lunchtime concert by The Mozart Symphony Orchestra

15th DEC

On Thursday 15th December, from 1pm to 2pm, Devonshire Square will be hosting in its historical Western Courtyard a lunchtime concert by an ensemble of 10 exceptionally talented musicians from The Mozart Symphony Orchestra of London.

The orchestra will play a selection of favourite festive classics and cheery songs from some of the most renowned international composers of all time.

Attendees will be treated to a complimentary tasting experience of delicious gingerbread from Grasmere, which will be freshly baked for our event in the English Lake District village, following the original recipe invented by Victorian cook Sarah Nelson in 1854.

The Grasmere gingerbread will be served with a spread of award winning Cumbrian Rum butter and delicious mulled wine from Devonshire Terrace mixologists.

The event is part of Devonshire Square’s ‘Art for Love’ Winter Festival, a three-week program of world class artistic performances, organised and curated by Devonshire Square’s Events Team in aid of The Connection, London’s busiest homeless charity.

The Mozart Symphony Orchestra of London is a new and contemporary ensemble and one of the most exciting orchestras to emerge from London’s vibrant classical music scene in recent years.

The orchestra was founded by Philip Mackenzie, one of Europe’s most accomplished orchestral conductors who has shot to prominence in recent years gaining plaudits both at home and abroad.

The event is free to attend, however, registration by emailing our Front Desk on frontdesk@dsq.london is required, as availability is limited.
