Founded in London and proudly independent, The Salad Kitchen has built its reputation on creating fresh, made-to-order meals inspired by the capital’s diverse and ever-evolving street food culture.
Rather than relying on simple salad ingredients, the team takes a chef-led approach to every dish. Vegetables are roasted to enhance their natural sweetness, ingredients are pickled, marinated and fermented in-house, and every component is thoughtfully prepared to create bold flavours and satisfying textures. The result is food that’s fresh, nourishing and full of character.

The arrival of The Salad Kitchen further enhances Devonshire Square’s vibrant food and drink offering, giving the DSQ community and visitors an exciting new destination for fresh, flavour-packed weekday lunches.
Open Monday to Friday, the new venue will serve freshly prepared salads, bowls and seasonal favourites, made to order and designed to suit a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences.
The Salad Kitchen also offers corporate catering and office group orders, making it an ideal partner for meetings, team lunches and workplace events, with a dedicated team on hand to help organise larger orders.
