Anise’s menu is a story in every sip and bite. Created by Bar Manager Piyush Gouchwal in collaboration with Ryan Chetiyawardana (Mr Lyan) and his team, the cocktail list gives equal weight to non-alcoholic and spirited creations, each as layered and complex as the next. Infused with spices sourced directly from India and paired with local botanicals, their drinks sit perfectly alongside Chef Vivek Singh’s playful Indian-inspired bar snacks … chilli shrimp cocktail vol-au-vents, Mumbai cheese toasties, lamb seekh rolls and more.
