The Pankhurst – Tanqueray gin, maraschino liqueur, violette liqueur, lemon juice & sugar syrup
In honour of the political activist Emmeline Pankhurst who organised the UK suffragette’s movement.
The Gwyn – Aperol, Cointreau, blood orange syrup, London Essence ginger ale, mint & orange;
Eleanor Gwyn was an orange seller before becoming the first actress on the English stage.
The Bader – Pampero Blanco rum, Cointreau, thyme syrup, lime juice, chilli bitters & egg white;
Lilian Bader was one of the first black women to serve in the British armed forces in WW2, they celebrate her Barbadian heritage with notes of chili & thyme.
The Cowell – Everleaf Mountain, pomegranate & rose cordial, lemon juice, London Essence grapefruit & rosemary soda;
This non-alcoholic cocktail is in honour of the racing car driver & pilot Betty Cowell, who was the first British person to undergo male-to-female sex reassignment surgery.
