“Quiet the Mind, and the Soul will speak” - Complimentary meditation sessions

The successful Meditation course, “Quiet the Mind, and the Soul will speak”, hosted by Devonshire Square during the Summer months as part of its Wellness & Fitness Programme, will continue throughout the Autumn, with weekly lunchtime sessions taking place every Tuesday, from 1pm to 1.30pm, starting from 10th October.

The FREE to attend meditation sessions are delivered by certified Meditation Coach, accredited Natural Spiritual Holistic Healer and Life Coach EDEXCEL, Emma Ball of Evolve,  and take place in the inspiring environment of the the DSQube  Pop Up Art Studio.

Emma has been practicing for over 25 years, working with hundreds of individuals and businesses from all over the world, successfully delivering sessions that promote self-worth, mental and physical health, managing anxiety and stress reduction, while improving sleep quality, healing self-sabotaging behaviours and helping to reach relationship harmony.

Emma’s unique style involves using the breath to finally tune an orchestra of events in the body consisting of chemicals, emotions, feelings, energy, vibration and frequency to relax the mind, improve focus, calm the nervous system and boost immunity.

The meditation sessions are suitable for absolute beginners as well as seasoned meditators, and they can be attended both in casual or in business attire.

Chairs are available for all attendees and mats are not required.
