On Tuesday 13th June, in celebration of Healthy Eating Week, Devonshire Square will be hosting ‘Good food, good mood!’, a complimentary informative session focusing on how diet and nutrition can improve emotional balance and support mental wellbeing.
The session will be taking place from 1pm to 1.30pm in the DSQube and will be delivered by certified nutritionist Margot de Dominicis.
Margot will be delivering to the DSQ community a 30-minutes session centered around the relationship between nutrition, physical and mental energy, as well as the ability to concentrate, explaining how food can contribute to promote motivation and recovery from the negative effects of a busy lifestyle.
A Registered Associate Nutritionist with AfN, Margot holds a degree in psychology and nutrition, and has completed her training as a chef in Jamie Oliver’s kitchen.
