On Monday, 25th November, from 8am to 3pm, Devonshire Square will mark White Ribbon Day 2024 – ‘It Starts with Men’ – by hosting an informational pop-up event in its Western Courtyard to raise awareness of the White Ribbon, the UK’s leading charity that engages men and boys to end violence against women and girls.
Organised in partnership with Ward Security, the event will be run by Michelle Long, Site Security Manager for Ward, who is a registered White Ribbon Champion.
Michelle will be available throughout the event to provide information about the charity, highlighting the importance of changing the attitudes and behaviours of men, holding them accountable for their actions, and fostering positive change.
The pop-up is open to the public, and everyone is welcome to meet Michelle and learn more about the White Ribbon.
