Every Wednesday, from 12noon until 12.45pm, Devonshire Square hosts an exciting Pilates & Barre Fusion session run by Tara Riley, a Pilates, Barre and movement specialist that has a passion for helping people gain confidence, increase energy and reduce pain through movement.
The sessions are part of Devonshire Square’s Wellness & Fitness Program and take place in the bright, airy and newly refurbished suite located on the second floor of Building 9a.
Tara’s classes are powerful and dynamic, yet fun and achievable for all ages and abilities.
Attendees will experience results that they can see and feel physically and mentally.
Expect a good dose of energy and encouragement alongside uplifting playlists and lots of variations to keep you feeling challenged and engaged!
Tara has a genuine interest in how a workout makes you feel – a well-toned physic is simply a happy side effect. You will feel recharged with positive energy and you will (re)connect with yourself and your community, learn something new and fall in love with moving your body in a way that feels good!
