On Sunday 19th December, from 5pm to 10pm, Devonshire Square will be proudly hosting the 5th edition of The Soul Royalty Winter Festival, an evening of incredible live music curated and organised by international touring artist Zalon – who performed as Amy Winehouse’s leading singer for many years – in partnership with Devonshire Square, with the aim of raising awareness and funds in aid of The Connection, London’s busiest homeless charity.
Zalon will be headlining the Soul Royalty Winter Festival performing songs from his album and – for this year’s edition – he has enlisted Amy Winehouse’s original band members, ‘ The Winehouse Originals’, for a very special 10-year Amy Winehouse tribute to honour her legacy.
The festival will showcase some of the best talent in Soul, Funk and Reggae music and will include the participation of renowned vocalist KYRA, the winner of Reggae Star Factor LA GRAY, the talented J SOL and one of the freshest bands on the music scene, GRAMN.
The show is FREE to attend however, registration via the dedicated Eventbrite page is strictly required as availability is limited.
Some VIP tickets to attend the concert are also available to purchase for those wishing to enjoy the show while seating on a reserved table, where blankets and drinks will be provided.
Donations in aid of the charity can be made online by visiting the donation page of The Connection’s official website: https://www.connection-at-stmartins.org.uk/donate/
Zalon and all artists that will be taking part in the festival will be encouraging online donations throughout the evening.
Donation boxes will also be available on the event’s day by The Giving Tree, a unique Christmas tree entirely adorned with paper hearts, on which wishes expressed by the homeless supported by The Connection charity have been transcribed, in order to give them a chance to be read and honoured by visitors.
We would like to warmly thank everyone who is joining Devonshire Square & Zalon in supporting this great cause.
