On Tuesday 18th July, Devonshire Square, in partnership with Equinix, will be celebrating and advocating for Diversity & Inclusion by hosting a FREE-to-attend evening of dance and music, featuring striking performances by outstandingly talented dancers from the LGBTQI+ community, an authentic and interactive Caribbean Carnival show, and a group-Karaoke session led by international Drag artist Crayola The Queen.
The event will include the participation of Devonshire Square’s restaurants and cocktail bars, Cinnamon Kitchen, Devonshire Terrace, KöD and Lucky Voice, who will be treating attendees to a complimentary tasting experience of delicious cocktails, refreshing Prosecco, cocktail masterclasses, luscious canapes and a selection of bites of some of their most popular signature dishes.
The event will take place in the atmospheric setting of Devonshire Square’s Western Courtyard, from 5pm to 7.30pm, and will kick off with an explosive contemporary dance performance, presented by a group of professional dancers from renowned London based creative company JL Productions, who will be dancing to some of the most iconic Pride songs of all time.
Caribbean cultural entertainment specialists Just In Carnival, will mesmerize the audience with a beautiful routine performed by a team of professional dancers in stunning colorful costumes, and will be encouraging attendees to experience the liberating joyfulness of the Carnival by joining their dance workshop, which will be open to everyone.
The dance shows will be followed by an exciting singing performance by internationally renowned Drag artist, actor and musical comedian, Crayola The Queen – presented by pioneering social entertainment brand Lucky Voice – who will be hosting a karaoke session to which everyone in the audience will be invited to take part.
In celebration of togetherness and community spirit, Crayola will be inviting the audience to enjoy an exhilarating group-singing experience, as a Karaoke screen featuring a selection of popular songs selected by the artist will be available throughout the show. Participants will have the chance to win amazing prizes offered by Lucky Voice, including Golden Tickets, surprise Lucky Voice goodies and Karaoke Kits on the famous Lucky Voice Spinner!
Lucky Voice Disco Pride Dancers will be available to meet and greet the audience, share a dance, and pose with the attendees for memorable pictures of what promises to be an unforgettable evening, where diversity and inclusion will be shining bright through the connective power of performing arts.
